In line with the University’s aspirations to be more productive and be more goal-oriented, the Performance Management Team (PMT) organized the Setting of Performance Targets for the FY 2017 at the University Library, Main Campus I, Dumaguete City on August 9, 2017.
The PMT headed by VP for Administration, Planning and Development (VP-APD) Dr. Noel Marjun Yasi, discussed the issues needed to be addressed inside the University. Particularly, that of the things needed to be procured by each of the respective offices.
Dr. Yasi also challenged all the heads of offices and end-users, in attendance, to utilize all the things indicated in their PPMPs for 2017 so that the budget allocated for the projects they requested will not be put to waste.
On the same event, Dr. Rosemarie Pinili (VP-AA), Dr. Merivic Catada (VP-REXIL), Dr. Jim Villahermosa (Chief Administrative Officer, OIC-HRMO), Mr. Reymil Cadapan (Director of the University Registrar), Mr. Roche Cabanlit (Planning and Development), Merlyn Romano (University Accountant) and Rene Boy Catubig (University Budget Officer) also took each of their respective parts in sharing and suggesting the things that needs to be done for the University to reach higher heights.
The meeting was attended by the Three VPs, Campus Administrators, Office Chairman and Directors, and College Deans.
Nonetheless, the assembly of the university officials already gave them an outline of which they must follow for further development. Considering the inputs given by the Chairman of the PMT, all must work together for the development of all because if one does not act well in his duties, everyone else suffers.
