Mission Statement The Graduate School of NORSU is committed towards the forging of a free, peace loving, just, humane, egalitarian, and democratic society, which exalts individual human worth and dignity; recognizes the indispensable participation and the common advancement of the society. General Objectives 1. To provide training for educational leadership and for the acquisition of a clearer and wider perspective in the field of specialization. 2. To encourage independent thinkers and researchers based on a sound philosophy of life. 3. To produce effective agent of change for dynamic leadership in educational innovations through proper training and intelligent employment of scientific methods in research. 4.
