Procedure of Filing Complaints
1. Aggrieved party submits letter of complaint to the University Registrar.
2. The University Registrar studies the complaint and forwards a letter to the person(s) concerned for response within 24 hours.
3. The University Registrar conducts the formal investigation meeting both parties.
4. The University Registrar makes the appropriate decision on the case at hand.
5. Further investigation may be made.
