ENTRANCE CREDENTIALS

FOR INCOMING FRESHMEN / FIRST YEAR STUDENTS
1. NORSU Admission Test (NAT)
2. English Qualifying Exam
3. Form 138 or High School Report Card
4. Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by the High School Principal
5. 2 copies of NSO Birth Certificate
6. Four 2" x 2" colored pictures with white background with name printed at the back
7. Mailing stamps worth Php 20 inserted in a long ordinary envelope
8. Three long-size brown envelope to contain all the above.

FOR TRANSFEREES
1. NORSU Admission Test (NAT)
2. English Qualifying Exam
3. Official Transcript of Records and Honorable Dismissal
4. Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by the High School Principal
5. 2 copies of NSO Birth Certificate
6. Four 2" x 2" colored pictures with white background with name printed at the back
7. Mailing stamps worth Php 20 inserted in a long ordinary envelope
8. Three long-size brown envelope to contain all the above.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS
1. Alien Certificate of Recognition (ACR) from the Bureau of Immigration
2. Student VISA or letter of approval for the conversion to Student VISA
3. Letter of intent to study (indicating the course) at NORSU addressed to the University Registrar.
4. Photocopies of :
a. Passport where the point of entry stamp is indicated
b. Passport where the personal information is indicated
5. Rid Ribbon Certificate of the following:
a. Affidavit of Support
b. Transcript of Records or Secondary Certificate
c. Birth Certificate
d. No Derogatory Record
6. Certificate of Secondary Course Completion (with Certificate of Red Ribbon)
7. Student Transcript of Records (with Certificate of Red Ribbon) for College Level
8. 2 x 2 colored pictures with white background (2 copies)
9. Local address (Dumaguete City address), local contact number, local person of reference

NOTE:
• All Education, Birth and supporting documents should be duly certified by the Philippine Embassy through the Certificate of Red Ribbon.
• Students requesting for conversion of 9(a) visa to 9(f) should comply with the requirements set by the Bureau of Immigration

SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL
1. Negros Oriental State University accepts enrollment for the Senior High School for Students who graduated March 2016 onwards.
2. Students who graduated High School effective March 2015 and below can still be accepted to enroll in college college until 2018.
3. Students who passed the DEPED Alternative Learning System (ALS) effective March 2015 and below can still be accepted to enroll in college until 2018.
4. Students who passed the DEPED Alternative Learning System (ALS) effective March 2016 onwards are required to enroll in the Senior High School.
5. Early adopters of the Senior High School will be accepted to enroll in college.

• We only accept those who were already pre-listed
• Start of classes June 13,2016
• End of classes April 7,2017
