Project Management Office

The Office of University Project Management The Office of University Project Management (OUPM) is responsible for ensuring the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of university projects. The roles and responsibilities of the three primary units within the OUPM: the Inspection Unit, Monitoring Unit, and Evaluation Unit. Each unit has its specific function, contributing to the overall success of university projects by ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and the achievement of project objectives.

Purpose of the OUPM Units

  1. Inspection Unit:
    The Inspection Unit ensures that all project deliverables meet the specified standards of quality and compliance as per university guidelines, regulatory requirements, and contractual agreements.
  2. Monitoring Unit:
    The Monitoring Unit tracks and reports the progress of university projects to ensure they are on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the project scope.
  3. Evaluation Unit:
    The Evaluation Unit conducts an assessment of project outcomes to determine whether the project goals and objectives have been achieved. This includes post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement in future projects.
