The NORSU Human Resource Management Office is now conducting On Boarding for newly hired faculty and staff for the main campus and external campuses. Dr.Noel Marjon Yasi, VP for Administration and Finance, welcomed the participants. University President Joel P. Limson emphasized two points in his address via Zoom: 1) student behavior and attitude; and 2) courtesy and propriety. Dr. Maria Elsa Ilona Bulado is discussing the policies and code of behavior.
