The university conferred The Outstanding NORSU Alumnus Award to four successful candidates from different professional fields during the 111th Founders Day' Celebration last December 1.
The awardees are Ronilo Macasilhig from the law enforcement service, Felizardo Calimpong, representing the labor sector, Maria Stella Valencia, from the nursing service, and Alfredo Maturan, from the government service.
The nominees were evaluated on criteria consisting of scholarship, integrity and character; service orientation, leadership and exemplary in lifestyle; and conduct in public and private life, in which each indicator bears a weight of 20 percent.
