The Gender and Development Center of Negros Oriental State University, working together with Dumaguete City Health Office, held a seminar on Human Sexuality, HIV/AIDS/STIs, and Teenage Pregnancy Risks on May 21, 2024, for Sophomore students from various colleges including Arts and Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health Sciences, and Business Administration. Mrs. Loryly P. Ignacio, Medical Technologist, and Mrs. Margarita O. Rubio, R.N. from the City Health Office were the speakers at the lecture. Dr. Aileen Rosette M. Felix, the GAD Focal Point Person, was joined by various GAD College Coordinators at the event hosted by the GAD Center.
