OVERVIEW

Negros Orinetal State University is the only State University in Negros Oriental, Central Visayas, Philippines. With seven (7) major Satellite Campuses, NORSU stands the Main Campus as its flagship Campus having the largest number of Academic Programs and Student Organizations. The State University roots to provide quality edcuation to poor deserving students. There are various offices in the main campus and the Supply and Property Management Office is one of them. It is located inside the Main Campus I. Capitol Area, Kagawasan Avenue, Dumaguete City.

The Office operates under the Office of the Vice President for Administration, Planning and Development. The Supply and Property Management Office is in charge of all requisitions and purchases of equipments, furniture and fixtures, other materials and services for the University.

VISION

The Supply and Property Management Office is committed in assisting all Colleges, Units and Offices of the University in providing quality procurement of the supplies and materials needed which surpasses their needs and expectations at the lowest cost and monitor it’s utilization. It shall implement and enforce existing rules and regulations of Republic Act 9184 and it’s implementing rules and regulations in the acquisition and disposal of all university properties.
