Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) and Dipolog Medical Center College Foundation, Inc. (DMCCFI) inked a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on September 9, 2024. The said agreement is relative to the Consortium-delivered Graduate Program. That the programs offered by NORSU shall be at least Level III accredited, and this includes: Doctor of Education major in Educational Management; Doctor of Management; Master of Arts in Educational Management; and Master of Public Management.

The MOA was officially signed by Dr. Noel Marjon E. Yasi, NORSU President, and Atty. Albert T. Concha, Jr. (DMCCFI President); as witnessed by Dr. Chizanne S. Larena, Dean of NORSU Graduate School, and Dr. Dino Joey L. Cordova, VPPA/ Director of Education and Graduate Studies, DMCCFI.
