The Gender and Development Center, headed by Dr. Aileen Rosette M. Felix, hosted a seminar on Labor Education, Illegal Recruitment & Anti -Trafficking for the Graduating Students of Negros Oriental State University.

The guest speakers of the two-day seminar are Mr. Romualdo Seneris II, JD from GWAVE, and Ms. Anita B. Melicor from DOLE.
