After a two-month dry-run, the NORSU Registrar’s Office of the Main Campuses I & II will officially launch the NORSU Regi-Quick on December 20, 2024. The NORSU Regi-Quick a kiosk-based document request platform for the NORSU Registrar’s Office clients. It will provide convenience and accessibility to students, graduates and other clients in requesting for documents. With the more than 15,000 document requests processed by the office annually, this new platform is one step towards paperless transactions. With the NORSU Regi-Quick, clients can choose the date of releasing of their requested documents and they will have real-time tracking and update of their request thru email.

The scheduled date of release for documents is subjects to the maximum number of transactions that can be accommodated in one day. The most common document requested is the transcript of record where a maximum of 200 transcript of records will be released in one day. Transcript of records can be released in two hours provided that the requirements are complete. Certifications on the other hand can be released in one hour from the time of request.

For clients who are far from Dumaguete, the NORSU Google Form is still used but the transaction will be uploaded to the NORSU Regi-Quick. Releasing date is based on the date of transaction. For the younger generation, an Android mobile application is available for download at the NORSU Website. The mobile application is available only for currently enrolled students with valid email address enrolled in the NORSU e-System. A user registration and validation thru email will be required before the mobile application will be used.
