The Office of Curriculum and Instruction, headed by Dr. Ralph A. Cardeño of Negros Oriental State University, conducted the Phase 2 of the Seminar-Workshop for faculty members who are non-education graduates on February 14, 2025.

During the workshop on Assessment and Test Construction, Dr. Craig N. Refugio, Director for International Research and Linkages and Acting Director for University Research, presented the Key Principles of Test Design and the different ways of Learning Objectives. Workshops followed after every lecture and presentation of outputs.
