NORSU contingent prides itself for winning 20 out of 28 contests during the 10th Regional Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC) Culture and the Arts Festival hosted by Siquijor State University on November 12–15, 2018.

Despite the mere one-month preparation, the NORSU student contingents and their coaches garnered 7 gold, 6 silver, and 7 Bronze awards in the different literary and musical competitions.
