The Finance Division provides financial management services in support of the General Administration and Support Services (GASS), Support to Operations (STO) and Operations: a) Higher Education Program; b) Advanced Education Program; c) Research Program; and d) Technical Advisory Extension Program of NEGROS ORIENTAL STATE UNIVERSITY.

It aims to provide relevant financial information to its stakeholders and adopts to ICT advancements which facilitates the efficient delivery of services while adhering to pertinent accounting, budgeting, and auditing rules and regulations.
