In connection with the approved guidelines regarding the approval process of the Electronic Property Request Form (ePRF) and Chief Administrative Officer for Finance Memorandum No. 8, s. 2025, Mr. Ted Elrico R. Tamparong from the Office of Management Information Systems (MIS) conducted an online training on the new ePRF guidelines on July 18, 2025, via Zoom.

The training was held to guide personnel involved in the procurement process on the new ePRF guidelines and to demonstrate the process of placing e-signatures on PDF files.

In his opening remarks, Dr. Randy Teves, MIS Director, stated that the ePRF would help the institution minimize other documents and reduce paperwork. Additionally, the ePRF is crucial for ensuring a smooth transition to a digital procurement system.
