PANAGTAPOK, a grand alumni homecoming, was organized by the Negros Oriental State University through the Office of Alumni Affairs and Alumni Coordinators on December 2, 2023, as part of the university's 116th founding anniversary celebration with the theme "NORSU: Soaring High Amidst Challenging Times". The 2008 Outstanding NORSU Alumni Awardee from EVSAT batch 1960, Engineer, was the guest speaker. From Valencia, Negros Oriental, is Arturo T. Villamil.
