The 9th Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities of Industrial Technology (PACUIT), Inc. and Negros Oriental State University, with Hytec Power, Inc., officially launched today the three-day National Skills Upgrading Training Program on July 9 to July 11, 2024 at NORSU Main Campus 1 and 2, Dumaguete City. The training opening program, with the theme "NORSU-PACUIT @9: Gearing Up Green Industrial Technology Education for a Sustainable Future," was joined by NORSU University President Dr. Joel P. Limson, Vice Presidents Dr. Merivic G. Catada, Dr. Rose Marie T. Pinili, and Dr. Noel Marjon E. Yasi, college deans, and selected heads of offices. Present at the event were Dr. Luis M.
