The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Negros Island Region (NIR) was officially inaugurated today, January 10, at Negros Oriental State University. The press conference, ribbon-cutting ceremony, and ceremonial signing of the Usufruct Agreement were the highlights of the said event.
