Lead Auditors from GCL International visited Negros Oriental State University for the ISO 9001:2015 Recertification Audit and held an opening meeting at the ST AVR today, May 5, 2025.

The event officially commenced with Dr. Cesar P. Estrope, QA Director, presenting the rationale, followed by the introduction of the auditors by Mr. Jeffrey V. Estores, QA Deputy for Academics.

In his opening message, University President Dr. Noel Marjon Yasi expressed appreciation to the GCL Lead Auditors, Ms. Ma. Cristina M. Corral and Novalyn Tolentino, for their full commitment to a transparent, collaborative audit process. Thereafter, Ms. Corral, GCL Lead Auditor, outlined the house rules and reminders for the audit. The event will be conducted over five days across all campuses.
