The 2nd batch of the Seminar Workshop on the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) for the administrative staff of Negros Oriental State University was conducted on June 10-11, 2025, at the Royal Suites Inn, Dumaguete City.

With the theme, "Future-Ready: Rethinking Strategic Performance Management for Tomorrow's Challenges," the Seminar Workshop aimed to give the participants a better understanding of the strategic alignment of the agency's vision and mission, as well as strategic goals, to departmental and individual performance. It also aimed to review the formulation of success indicators and to properly accomplish the Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR), Division Performance Commitment and Review (DPCR), and Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) targets and commitments.

Director Merlinda Flores-Quillano emphasized the importance of linking individual performance to organizational goals and strategic plans and discussed methods for assessing and evaluating performance.
