The Oathtaking Ceremony of the newly hired Librarian from Negros Oriental State University-Guihulngan Campus and Administrative staff from Main 1, Bais and Siaton campuses was held today, July 2, 2025, at the NORSU Board Room. University President Noel Marjon E. Yasi administered their oath of office.
