To mark a significant milestone in support of the NegOrense youth in pursuit of their academic aspirations is the groundbreaking ceremony of the Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) Siaton Campus P100 million, 3-storey dormitory building.

A project of Congresswoman Janice V. Degamo, 3rd District Representative of Negros Oriental, this initiative will empower young learners and the university's dedicated faculty and staff. Cong. Degamo emphasized that education has the power to change lives.
