The first day of orientation for freshmen, shiftees, and transferees held at the NORSU Sports and Cultural Complex on August 19, 2025.

Topics discussed during the orientation included Student Affairs Office services & University Security Services, Arts and Cultural Services, Gender and Development, Student Government, Registrar Policies, Dental Services, Medical and Health Services, Library Services, Environmental Management, and CARE Services.

Participants for the 1st batch of the orientation are from the College of Arts and Sciences, the College of Criminal Justice Education, the College of Engineering and Architecture, and the College of Nursing, Pharmacy, and Allied Health Sciences.

Orientation for the College of Business Administration, College of Industrial Technology, College of Tourism and Hospitality Management, and College of Teacher Education is scheduled tomorrow, August 20, 2025, at the same venue.
