Negros Oriental State University congratulates Dr. Dee Laila C. Buhian, Acting Human Resource Development and Management Officer; Dr. Chizanne S. Larena, Dean of the Graduate School; Dr. Ryan O. Tayco, Campus Director – Main Campus; and Dr. Benjamin S. Villagonzalo, Jr., Dean of the College of Business Administration, for their successful completion of the Development of Public Sector Productivity Specialist Foundation Course conducted by the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) – Center for Governance, held from March 24 to August 22, 2025 at the DAP L.S. Virata Hall, Pasig City.

In fulfillment of the course requirements, the NORSU delegation presented their Productivity Improvement Plan (PIP) entitled “HR Logix Mobile: Efficient HR Wherever They Are,” which reflects the University’s thrust toward efficiency and innovation in human resource management.

The University conveys its profound appreciation to the leadership of Hon. Noel Marjon E.
