Student leaders from the Student Government of Dumaguete City (SGDC), the League of Student Organizations (LSO), The NORSUnian (TN), and the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) unit officers honed their communication skills in a 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 facilitated by 𝐃𝐫. 𝐊𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐳 on August 29, 2025 at the NORSU Cultural and Sports Complex.

The program strengthened student leaders’ confidence, leadership effectiveness, and ability to communicate with clarity and impact in academic, organizational, and community settings.
