To ensure a smooth and successful conduct of the 𝐀𝐥𝐥-𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐨𝐮𝐬 and 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 this November 28, 2025, the 𝑫𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝑬𝒏𝒈𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒉 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑳𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 headed by Dr. Krester M. Diaz, in collaboration with the 𝑭𝒆𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑮𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 led by Hon. Reymer B. Ferrer of Negros Oriental State University, convened in a solidarity meeting on November 14, 2025 to finalize the guidelines, criteria, and other arrangements necessary for the effective implementation of these university-wide events.
Such preparatory discussions help uphold clarity, consistency, and integrity throughout both competitions.
