The Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) community expresses its heartfelt gratitude to Commander Emmanuel Pantaleon, PN(GSC), outgoing Commandant of the 522nd NROTC Unit and Commander of NRCEN–Eastern Visayas, for his dedicated service and exemplary leadership. As part of the transition, CDR Pantaleon paid an exit call to the university president, marking the conclusion of his distinguished tenure.

We also extend a warm welcome to Capt. Raymund Umbac, PN(GSC), Commander of NRCEN–Western Visayas, who officially assumed his role as the new Commandant of the 522nd NROTC Unit. Capt. Umbac paid a courtesy call to the university president as he begins his leadership of the unit.
