The Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance (VPAF) conducted its Year-End Evaluation & Target Setting 2026 today, January 9, 2026, at the NORSU Library Conference Room — Main Campus. The event was attended by heads of offices under the Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance, across all campuses.

Dr. Merivic G. Catada, Vice President for Administration and Finance, cordially welcomed the guests and discussed the rationale of the activity.

University President Dr. Noel Marjon E. Yasi delivered an inspirational message, emphasizing the importance of reaching one's vision with clarity and details.

The offices under the Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance presented their accomplishments and shared the challenges they encountered and future recommendations:

The group breakout session in the afternoon focused on setting target for 2026, allowing the heads of offices and staff to streamline processes and improve administrative efficiency. The outputs were then presented, and an open forum followed thereafter.
