In preparation for the ISO 9001:2015 Internal Quality Audit, an Opening Meeting was conducted by the Quality Assurance Management Center (QUAMC) headed by Dr. Cesar P. Estrope, QUAMC Director, on January 14, 2026, at the ST AVR, prior to the start of the audit activities. The meeting was attended by key officials and heads of offices.

Jeffrey Estores, Lead Auditor, presented and discussed the Audit Plan, including the audit objectives, scope, criteria, and schedule. Following the meeting, the ISO 9001:2015 Internal Quality Audit commenced across all Negros Oriental State University campuses.

The closing meeting for the audit was conducted today, January 16, 2026, with the same participants in attendance. On behalf of Estores, Dianne Futalan of the QUAMC Staff formally presented and discussed the audit observations, findings, and overall results.
