Negros Oriental State University, represented by University President Dr. Noel Marjon E. Yasi, were joined by fellow state university and college presidents and campus directors during the Mayor’s, Governor’s, and Congresswoman’s Night of the Regional Culture and the Arts Festival 2026 held yesterday February 23,2026.

With Dr. Yasi in the photo are Dr. Renante A. Egcas, President of State University of Northern Negros; Dr. Eric A. Malo-oy, Campus Director of the Technological University of the Philippines–Visayas; Dr. Steven J. Sumaylo, President of Siquijor State College; Dr. Norberto P. Mangulabnan, President; Dr. Ralger D. Jocson Jr., Executive Director and Provost; Dr. Aadino Moraca, President of Central Philippines State University; along with cultural directors, and coaches.

Also present on behalf of Gov.Manuel Chaco Sagarbarria were Ms. Glynda Descuatan, Vice Chairman of the Negros Oriental Tourism Council and some officials.

NORSU is the university host of the Regional Culture and the Arts Festival 2026.
