At the 2nd Regional Quality Awards of CHEDRO XVIII–NIR held at STI West Negros University, Negros Oriental State University once again affirmed its expanding footprint in higher education excellence, where quality assurance, research-driven instruction, student development, extension engagement, internationalization, and licensure performance converge into measurable institutional outcomes.
The awards were personally received by the University President Dr. Noel Marjon E. Yasi together with Dr. Libertine C. de Guzman, Vice-President for Academic Affairs; Dr. Cesar P. Estrope, Vice-President for Student Affairs and Services; and Dr. Aileen Rosette M. Felix, University GAD Center Director.
These recognitions affirm NORSU’s continuing pursuit of relevance, responsiveness, and excellence as one of the leading state universities in the Negros Island Region.
