Negros Oriental State University President Dr. Noel Marjon E. Yasi is among the higher education leaders participating in the two-day Executive Leadership Program (ELP) conducted by the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) in Tagaytay City, which begins today, September 7, 2026.

The executive learning session,“Building the Intelligent University: Artificial Intelligence and Digital Innovation,”focuses on strategic approaches to leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies to advance higher education.

The session explores key areas such as AI-enabled leadership, ICT governance, institutional transformation, and emerging practices being adopted by leading Philippine universities and colleges.

The program forms part of the DAP’s broader executive and leadership development initiatives designed to strengthen the capacity of government officials and leaders in navigating emerging challenges and opportunities in public governance.
